1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of the Liquidity Mind website and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order with Liquidity Mind you agree to these terms.
2. Our Products Liquidity Mind sells premium performance supplements designed for day traders and high-performance professionals. All products are sold subject to availability.
3. Product Information We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredients and images are accurate. However slight variations may occur. All supplement claims are supported by the statement: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food Standards Agency. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
4. Pricing All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
5. Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
6. Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely.
7. Shipping & Delivery Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Standard shipping is £5.99 with free shipping on orders over £55. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days via FedEx. Products may arrive in separate packages. The sender address on your shipping label may differ from our business address — this is normal and required for logistical purposes.

9. Age Restriction Our products are not suitable for persons under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over.
