Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take? All orders are delivered via FedEx and typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

How much is shipping? Standard shipping is £5.99. Orders over £55 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.

Why does my shipping label show a different sender address? Our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. The sender address on your shipping label will differ from our business address — this is completely normal and required by carriers for logistical purposes. Your order is placed through and fully managed by Liquidity Mind.

My order contains multiple products — will they arrive together? Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. This is normal — all items in your order will be delivered. If you have any concerns please contact us at hello@liquiditymind.com.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Delivery addresses can only be amended within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at hello@liquiditymind.com if you need to make a change.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.


Products

Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans? Most of our products are suitable for vegans. However Neural Edge™ contains Gelatin capsules and is not vegan. Locked In™ contains Soy and Fish (Tuna Fish). Please check individual product pages for full ingredient and allergen information.

Are your products safe to take together? Our products have been formulated to work together as a complete system. However we always recommend consulting a healthcare professional before taking any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or are taking prescribed medication.

How should I store my products? Store all products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Are your products suitable for under 18s? No — our products are not suitable for persons under the age of 18.

What are the serving sizes? Please refer to individual product pages for full serving size and suggested use information.


Returns & Refunds

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@liquiditymind.com with a photograph and your order number. We will send a replacement within 5 business days or issue a full refund.

What if my order is lost in transit? Contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

Do you accept returns? Due to the nature of supplement products we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened items. Please refer to our full Returns & Refund Policy for more information.


Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work? When you subscribe to a Liquidity Mind product your chosen supplement will be delivered automatically at your selected interval — monthly, every 2 months or quarterly. Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal date.

Can I cancel my subscription? Yes — you can cancel at any time with no fees. Simply log into your account at account.liquiditymind.com or email us at hello@liquiditymind.com. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged.

Can I pause or skip a delivery? Yes — you can pause, skip or change your delivery frequency at any time through your account at account.liquiditymind.com.
