Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy
Overview At Liquidity Mind, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@liquiditymind.com. Please include:
- A photograph of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
If your claim is approved we will send a replacement within 5 business days or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order has not arrived please contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date at hello@liquiditymind.com. If your claim is approved we will send a replacement within 5 business days or issue a full refund.
No Returns Policy Due to the nature of supplement products we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened items. This is standard practice across the supplement industry for hygiene and safety reasons.
We Cannot Issue Refunds Or Replacements For:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
- Unclaimed or refused deliveries
- Orders rejected or refused by customs
- Unpaid customs fees resulting in returned orders
- Orders already accepted and in preparation for fulfilment
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to amend your address please contact us immediately at hello@liquiditymind.com as orders can only be amended within 2 hours of being placed.
Shipping Labels Please note that your order will be shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. The sender address on your shipping label may differ from our business address — this is completely normal and required by carriers for logistical purposes. Your order is placed through and managed by Liquidity Mind.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a few working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
