Processing & Fulfilment All Liquidity Mind orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Once your order is placed it is processed and prepared for shipment. Please note that orders can only be amended or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After this window your order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed.

  • Standard Shipping (FedEx) — £5.99
  • Free shipping on all orders over £55

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom — 3 to 5 business days via FedEx

Shipping Labels Please note that the sender address on your shipping label will show our fulfilment partner's warehouse address rather than our business address. This is completely normal and required by carriers for logistical reasons. Your order is placed through and managed by Liquidity Mind.

Multiple Packages Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. This is normal and all items in your order will be delivered. If you have any concerns please contact us at hello@liquiditymind.com.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to amend your address please contact us immediately at hello@liquiditymind.com as changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe please contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date at hello@liquiditymind.com and we will investigate.

Customs & Import Duties Liquidity Mind currently ships within the United Kingdom only. No customs or import duties apply to UK orders.
