Subscription Cancellation Policy

Overview At Liquidity Mind we want our subscription service to be completely flexible and stress free. You are never locked in and can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

How Subscriptions Work When you subscribe to a Liquidity Mind product your chosen supplement will be delivered automatically at your selected interval — monthly, every 2 months or quarterly. Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal date.

Managing Your Subscription You can manage your subscription at any time through your Liquidity Mind customer account at account.liquiditymind.com. From your account you can:

  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip a delivery
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your delivery address
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for your next order please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

To cancel you can:

  • Log into your account at account.liquiditymind.com and manage your subscription directly
  • Email us at hello@liquiditymind.com and we will cancel on your behalf

Refunds on Subscriptions If your subscription order has already been processed and fulfilled we are unable to cancel or refund that order. Please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

If you have been charged in error please contact us immediately at hello@liquiditymind.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Changes to Subscription Pricing We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription at any time if you do not wish to continue at the new price.
